Almetrice Karen Johnson was born on Aug. 16, 1960, to Delbert and Gladys (Moore) Brown in Cushing.  She was raised in Stillwater, graduating from C.E. She was never happier then when she was with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She was a generous woman and a people person who loved to be around children and always put her family first. Kay was funny and knew how to make others laugh and her beautiful smile could brighten even the darkest of days.
