Marjora Lou Wood

Marjora Lou Wood died on Monday, March 4, 2013, at Grace Living Center in Stillwater.

Marjora Lou (McClurg) Wood was born March 25, 1918, in Morrison, to Ike amd Donna (Jones) McClurg. She married Barney Wood in 1943 and he preceded her in death on Sept. 12, 1969. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters, Dorothy McClurg, Jo Anne Van Deventer and Nancy Jane McClurg, and her daughter Diane Orkfritz.

Marjora Lou is survived by her son-in-law Steven Orkfritz; three grandchildren, Lance, Darija, and Ike Lamb; four great-grandchildren, Michael and Steven Phillips and Noah and Thaylo Lamb; two great-great grandchildren, Tristyn and Trinity Phillips and three nieces, three nephews and many friends.

She was a member of a non-denominational church.

Services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday at Poteet Funeral Chapel, Pawnee.  Interment will be at 3 p.m., at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Oklahoma City, Okla., under the direction of Poteet Funeral Home, Pawnee.
