— Johnny A. Parker, 67, died on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013, at his home in Perkins.  Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Johnny was born on July 9, 1946, to the late Arthur C. and Opal B. (Goldsberry) Parker in Rocky Ford, Colo.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Eugene Goldsberry; sister, Cynthia A. Edmondson; sister-in-law, Betty J. Goldsberry; nephew, Brian J. Skillman; and brother-in-law, Howard Skillman.

He is survived by his sister, Oleta Elmore, and her husband, Vergil, of Stillwater; sister, Elaine Skillman, of Frisco, Texas; two brothers, Eddie and Ronnie Parker, of Perkins; and numerous nieces and nephews.
