Jimmy James Edwards, 69, died on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012 in Stillwater, Okla. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 28, 2012 at the Carney Cemetery with Pastor Bo Gibbs officiating. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Jimmy was born on July 14, 1943 in Depew, Okla. to Eddie and Sagie (Big Pond) Edwards. He Married Louese Nunn in 1966, and together they lovingly raised two children. He was an avid hunter and a devoted Christian.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Louese; and sister, Mary.
He is survived by his son, daughter, girlfriend, six grandchildren and brother.
