Carmelita Eva Nichols Frank, 89, died on Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012 in Moore, Okla.

Her funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater. Interment will be at Sumner Cemetery near Perry.

Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Carmelita was born to Raymond and Bessie (James) Nichols on Feb. 21, 1922 in Morrison, Okla.. She married Frederick William Frank in Morrison on Jan. 21, 1945.

She was a member of the Highland Park United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Linda Mae Nichols; and brothers, George, Harry, and Wayne Nichols.

She is survived by her daughter, Rosalee Jackson, and granddaughter, Carmelita R. Jackson.
