Rev. and Sis Manuel or “Babe” traveled many miles between Oklahoma and Kansas while lovingly serving the Lord. Over the years, they met and made many friends during their ministry. Manuel faced his health issues with bravery and with trust in the lord. He always had a kind word to say during his illness and depended on his lord for the outcome. He was a willing listener when others had problems. He was blessed to have the best and most loving care from “Babe” that anyone could desire. She was by his side with love and encouragement, always. Manuel loved fried chicken and desserts. His favorite pasttimes were fishing, gardening, all sports and meeting and making new friends.
Those left to cherish, with fond memories include: kis loving wife Janice of the home; two sons, Ryan Manuel of Oklahoma City and James Manuel Jr. of Stillwater, one daughter, Cherron Manuel Upocka and her husband Eric of Stillwater.
