Cale Wayne Drumm

Cale Wayne Drumm, 39, came into this world on Feb. 3, 1975, in the loving arms of his parents, James Wayne Drumm and Lois Jean (Gunter) Friedemann and left this world on March, 21, on the wings of an angel.

He was born in Stillwater, graduating from Stillwater High School. He followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfathers when he enlisted in the Army National Guard 45th Infantry Brigade where he served four tours overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan. Sgt. Drumm was loved by all who knew him. He was a kind and gentle man who served his country, family and his friends with love and integrity.

He worked for Audio Innovations for 13 years. At the time of death, he was employed at Knight’s Medical Supply.

Cale married Angie Harper, who he had known since grade school, on Aug. 1, 2010. With this union he gained a wonderful stepdaughter, Christian Lindley and the other light of his life, his son Matthew Winchester Drumm.

Cale was affectionately referred to as the “Golden Child” by his siblings and he never missed an opportunity to tease his nieces and nephews. Cale died doing something he loved – driving his 1967 Mustang GT that he and his father had worked on for more than 10 years.

Cale was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wayne and Rachel Drumm and Robert and Dora May Gunter; Uncle Sam Gunter and great cousin Mike Devlin.

Cale is survived by his wife, Angie, stepdaughter, Christian and son Matthew; his parents, Jim and Lisa Drumm, Lois and John Friedemann; sisters, Abby (Drumm) Blevins, Brandy Heid, Heather (Friedemann) Farrow and brothera, Vincent Heid and Danny Friedemann. He is also survived by nieces, Bailey, Kelsey, Haylee, Jordan and nephews, Caden, Brayden, Giles and Russ, and many numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
