Robert Dale Huff, 74, passed away March 24 in Tulsa. A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Stillwater. His funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Friday at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Stillwater. Father Ken Harder will be officiating. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. Friday at Sunny Lane Cemetery, Del City. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Robert was born May 1, 1939, in Oklahoma City to Byrum Otto Huff and Theresa Emealia Giroux. He attended Capitol Hill High School, St. Gregory’s High School and St. Gregory’s Junior College. Robert married Gladys Lassley in June 1965. They later divorced.
Robert served his country as a member of the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. After the war, he worked as a machine operator for McDonnell Douglas. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Byrum and Theresa Huff, and brothers, Marvin and Donald Huff.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Jacque Huff of Tecumseh; son, Chris Huff, and fiance, Ashley Ralston, of Tulsa; daughter, Jill Huff of Broken Arrow; son, Andrew Huff and wife Suzy, and their children Austin and Savanna, of Broken Arrow.
