• Oklahoma State University will talk money at Board of Regents meeting in Tulsa Friday

  Included in the proposed budget will be tuition rates for the upcoming academic year, said OSU spokesman Gary Shutt. Shutt didn’t say whether OSU officials planned to ask for a tuition increase.
