STILLWATER, Okla. —

The Oklahoma State University may be down to its last regular season game but their bowl destination is still up in the air.

Several sports web sites have the Cowboys projected to play in either the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl, Alamo or Cotton Bowl. Coach Mike Gundy said his team will embrace whatever bowl it gets selected to.

“A bowl game is a reward for the team’s hard work for the year, for their families, the coaches and for their families,” Gundy said. “They’re saying Dallas (Cotton) or San Antonio (Alamo) or Phoenix (Buffalo Wild Wings). You can’t really go wrong there, I’ve been lucky to coach in all three bowls and you can’t really go wrong.

“We’d like to win the last game and wherever they send us is where they send us.”

The Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl was formerly named the Insight Bowl, where the Cowboys played in 2007. Oklahoma State’s bowl destination will not only be based on its result at Baylor but also the results of Oklahoma and Kansas State’s games. The Pokes’ destination will also come down to how many teams play in BCS bowls.

The Cowboys will know their destination Sunday night.
