STILLWATER, Okla. —
Oklahoma State will play host to the Big 12 cross country championship meet for the first time since 1997.
The Big 12 will come to town on Oct. 30. That follows four regular-season events the Cowboys and Cowgirls will participate in this season.
The teams will open the season Sept. 4 with the Tulsa Duels, then host the Cowboy Jamboree on Sept. 25. Both squads will split up for a pair of events on Oct. 16, the Chile Pepper Festival at Arkansas, and the Pre-Nationals meet at Indiana State, which is the site of the Nov. 22 NCAA Championships. Oklahoma State is the defending men’s national champion.
The NCAA Midwest Regionals will be on Nov. 13 in Peoria, Ill.
