STILLWATER, Okla. —
Students Gray Williams and Joshua Vaughn represented Oklahoma State University and the state of Oklahoma at the United States Collegiate Archery (USCA) National Indoor Archery Competition held on the campus of Texas A&M on Feb. 21-23. OSU, Texas A&M, Texas, Texas Tech, and North Texas represented the South Region. Williams finished sixth in the Male Compound Division and Vaughn finished seventh in the Male Bow Hunter Division.
OSU Archery is a new student organization founded by President Williams and coached by Kevin Woolley, fulfilling a need for college level archery in the state of Oklahoma. The club has 10 active members and is registered by the Sports Club Council of OSU.
OSU will attend the National Outdoor Archery Competition on the campus of the University of Texas on April 18-20.
