BREAKING NEWS: Oklahoma State football headed to Cotton Bowl on Jan. 3

STILLWATER, Okla. — Oklahoma State University's football team will play the Missouri Tigers in the Cotton Bowl at 7 p.m. Jan. 3 in Arlington's AT&T Stadium, the home of the Dallas Cowboys.

It's Oklahoma State's eighth straight bowl appearance under coach Mike Gundy, who is 5-2 in Bowl Games. It's the Cowboys fourth trip to the Cotton Bowl Classic.

Both teams are coming off losses.

Oklahoma State (10-2, 7-2 Big 12) lost 33-24 to the University of Oklahoma Saturday in the Bedlam Rivalry. Missouri (11-2, 7-2 SEC) fell to Auburn 59-42 in the SEC Championship game.

Seat allocations are under way for those who have pre-ordered. Allocations are done according to POSSE priority points ranking. That process should be completed by Wednesday.

Tickets should be shipped by Friiday via UPS Next Day Delivery in most cases. Cotton Bowl tickets require a signature upon delivery. With a signature-required shipment, it is important that the OSU ticket office has a correct delivery address on file. Fans can make changes or verify their mailing address with the OSU ticket office up until noon on Tues., Dec. 10.
