• Ariel Jackson, Stillwater, will compete in Nationals’ 2010 Miss Jr. Teen Tulsa pageant competition on Saturday.

• Abbi Beth Nicholas, daughter of Corey Nicholas and Tami Gaden, will compete in Nationals’ 2010 Miss Pre-Teen Tulsa pageant competition on Saturday.

• Sherryl Nelson has received the July distinguished staff member award from Northern Oklahoma College as part of the Employee Recognition Program.

• Rachel Leigh Edwards has graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a bachelor of arts in English, literature emphasis.
