Chairs are provided for each person. Some exercises are completed sitting and some are executed standing by your chair. Bouncing balls, hand weights, and stretch bands are incorporated into the exercises for an extensive workout. After exercise, some of the participants stay and practice line dancing steps for fun. You are welcome to come kick-up-your-heels with them around 10:30 a.m. Afternoon activities involve games including duplicate bridge, dominoes, canasta, pitch, puzzle solving, snooker, pool and dominoes. Wednesday: The women get out their pool sticks again for some fun practice starting at 9:30 a.m. A Wii interactive game set and a pingpong table are also available.
