STILLWATER, Okla. —
The National Collegiate Athletic Association has approved Oklahoma State's appeal regarding Jéan-Paul Olukemi, granting the Cowboy senior full eligibility for the 2012-13 season, it was announced Wednesday.
"We would like to thank the NCAA for its due diligence in this matter," said Oklahoma State coach Travis Ford. "Looking out for the student-athlete and their best interest should be what's most important, and it certainly showed in this decision."
Olukemi and the Cowboys will open the 2012-13 season with an exhibition game against Ottawa (Kan.) at 7 p.m. Thursday in Gallagher-Iba Arena.
