BREAKING NEWS: Oklahoma State men upset No. 2 Kansas

LAWRENCE, Kan. — It's been 24 years since the Oklahoma State men last won in Lawrence, Kan., and 55 years since the Cowboys beat a top 5 team on the road.

Saturday the Cowboys snapped both streaks with an 85-80 win over the Jayhawks at Allen Fieldhouse.

Marcus Smart had 25 points, 9 rebounds and 5 steals — including a steal with 2 seconds left. Smart recorded 15 points and 7 rebounds in the second half, as Oklahoma State held off a late surge by No. 2 Kansas.

Markel Brown scored 22 points in the first half en route to a game-high 28 for the Pokes. Michael Cobbins also tallied 8 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks for OSU.
