STILLWATER, Okla. — After two weeks of dodging questions about the status of Wes Lunt, Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy was whistling the same tune Saturday after OSU's loss to Texas.
Gundy was noncommittal on whether or now true freshman quarterback Wes Lunt would be able to come back for the Kansas game in two weeks - which would give Lunt four weeks to recover from a dislocated knee suffered against Louisiana-Lafayette.
"It just depends on how well Wes comes along. They put him that brace, or boot, or whatever and they take it off and he goes work out," Gundy said. "I just don't know what to say because it's a hard question to answer because we just don't know right now."
