OKLAHOMA CITY —
Authorities say at least one person was hurt as severe weather raked across northern Oklahoma.
Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management spokeswoman Michelann Ooten says a truck driver was injured when straight-line winds blew over a semi on Interstate 35 near Tonkawa Wednesday morning.
The National Weather Service says at least three tornadoes may have touched down overnight in far northwestern Oklahoma.
Ellis County Emergency Management Director Russell Miller said a tornado spotted near Arnett was on the ground for a few seconds and there were no reports of injuries or damage.
Ooten says no injuries or damages were reported when two twisters touched down briefly near Guymon late Tuesday.
National Weather Service forecaster Daryl Williams says strong storms could produce more tornadoes and large hail Wednesday afternoon.
