NEW: Severe thunderstorm watch issued for Stillwater, Payne County and area

STILLWATER, Okla. — The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch until 11 p,m. for much of Oklahoma, including Payne and surrounding counties.

The weather service warned of a slight risk for severe thunderstorms with 2-inch hail and winds of more than 65 mph. Click here for more from the National Weather Service.
