UPDATE: Severe thunderstorm warning extended for Payne County

— A severe thunderstorm warning set to expire at 8:45 p.m. has been extended to 9:45 p.m. Monday for Payne County. The National Weather Service says a storm moving toward Stillwater from Coyle carries with it the threat of 65-mph wind and golf ball-size hail.
