NEW: Severe thunderstorm warning for Payne, Logan and Noble counties

STILLWATER, Okla. — The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning until 8 p.m. for Payne, Noble and Logan counties.

The NWS reported a storm now in the Stillwater and Morrison area could produce golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind. A storm at Kingfisher moving southeast at 20 mph could produce baseball size hail and 65-mph winds.
