Laura Vergez, of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Ryan Kerns, of Stillwater, were married Feb. 18 at the U.S. Air Force Academy Chapel.
The bride is the daughter of Paul and Sandra Vergez of Colorado Springs, Colo.The groom is the son of Jeff and Susan Kerns of Stillwater.
Vergez graduated from Notre Dame University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is working toward her MBA from Oklahoma State University. She is a first lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force.
Kerns graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering. He received his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2011. He is a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force.
The couple lives in Wichita Falls, Texas.
