Alex Wilson and Katharine Selk were wed June 9 at the First United Methodist Church in Stillwater. The bride is the daughter of Glenn and Mary Selk of Stillwater. The groom is the son of Joe and Marilyn Wilson of Stillwater.
Attending the bride were Heather Sitton Sietz, cousin of the bride, Azure Kirby, Rebekah Spaulding, Katie Foley and Katie Fuchs.
The groom’s attendants were Zack Wilson, brother of the groom, Steven Mandeville, Rob Wittrock, Mark Keuchel and Aaron Aulgur. Rev. Mike Chaffin officiated.
Selk graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2011 and received her master’s degree from OSU in 2012. She teaches kindergarten in McAlester. Wilson received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from OSU in 2010, and is energy coordinator at the Army ammunition base, south of McAlester.
