Stillwater Special Athletes Booster Club benefit concert and bake sale, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Hillcrest Baptist Church. For His Purpose gospel band will play. Donations accepted. Proceeds go to uniforms and athletic equipment for Stillwater’s Special Olympics athletes.

Stakeholders’ Rally, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., Stillwater Public Library. Topic: Potential library cuts.

Wednesday, April 27

Stillwater Farmers’ Market, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Strickland Park.

Thursday, April 28

Ask-a-Lawyer, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Stillwater Public Library.

Let’s Talk Stillwater, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Stillwater Public Library, 1107 S. Duck St. City Councilor Joe Weaver and Vice Mayor Chuck Hopkins will talk about the budget.
