Stillwater Special Athletes Booster Club benefit concert and bake sale, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Hillcrest Baptist Church. For His Purpose gospel band will play. Donations accepted. Proceeds go to uniforms and athletic equipment for Stillwater’s Special Olympics athletes.

Stakeholders’ Rally, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., Stillwater Public Library. Topic: Potential library cuts.
