PERKINS — The Oklahoma Territorial Plaza, which features several historical buildings, has attracted a number of visitors this summer, said Mayor Mel Miller.

The plaza is home to the Frank Eaton House, where Pistol Pete lived during the early to mid-1900s, as well as a one-room school house and a log cabin.

The Eaton home is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays.

The plaza is located off of Main Street and Highway 177 on the north side of Perkins.
