Three companies will open facilities in Stillwater this year, a Stillwater Chamber of Commerce official said Friday.
Two energy service companies — Houston-based Select Energy Services and Checotah-based Fidget Oilfield Services — and hardscape/concrete-asphalt recycling firm — Heartstone Inc., of Wichita, Kan., — plan sites south of Stillwater on S.H. 177.
The three companies will create 128 direct and indirect jobs with a total annual payroll of $5.72 million, Stillwater Chamber Executive Director of Economic Development Josh McKim said.
Select Energy Services and Fidget Oilfield Services should be operating by early August. Heartstone Inc.’s facility will be up and running later this year.
“Companies like Select Energy Services, Fidget Oilfield Services and Heartstone Inc., are providing real growth in our local economy. We are fortunate to have vibrant energy and commercial construction sectors,” McKim said.
