Taylor Gainey, 32, of Stillwater, turned himself in through his attorney's office in Tulsa after being sought in connection with a homicide.
Gainey was charged with first-degree manslaughter in Tulsa, after he was accused of fatally shooting his brother on Sunday.
Tulsa Homicide Detective Jason White said the homicide happened before midnight Sunday.
Gainey is being represented by Allen Smallwood, who was not available to comment.
White confirmed Gainey turned himself in on Tuesday morning.
According to the Oklahoma State Court Network website, Special Judge April Seibert set bond in the amount of $150,000.
