Stillwater’s 7th Grade Eagles rushed for over 400 yards in beating Broken Arrow Black, 47-12, last Saturday.

Jesse Vester rushed for 135 yards and Davion Carter added 95 yards as the Eagles built a 40-6 lead by halftime.

BA, unbeaten heading into Saturday, finished with just 180 yards of offense. Corey Hassel, Travis Morgan, Matthew Harpe and Garrett Davenport led the Eagle defense. Davenport returned an interception 45 yards for a touchdown in the second half.

Owasso visits SJHS field for a 7 p.m. game this Saturday.



Stillwater’s 6th Grade Eagles extended their winning streak to five in a row with a dominating 36-6 win over the Skiatook Bulldogs on Saturday.

For the fourth straight game Cameron Echols scored the first time he touched the football, scoring on a 60-yard run. He finished with 116 yards rushing.

Garret Guthrie and Garret Walker also added touchdowns and Tyler Holcomb hit Ryan Minshall and Trevor Mon with TD passes. Echols and Minshall also intercepted passes and the Eagles recovered three fumbles.

The Eagles host East Tulsa at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday at the SJHS field.



The 5th grade Eagles beat Skiatook, 34-19, on the road.

Jon Littell’s 44-yard pass to Michael Higgins set up King Williams’ 5-yard run to give Stillwater the early lead. After Skiatook tied the game, Williams returned the ensuing kickoff 62 yards for a score. Littell’s 6-yard run gave the visitors the halftime lead, and his 60-yard TD run opened the second half.

After Skiatook scored twice, Stillwater sealed the win with a short Budke TD. Kenneth Northern led the Eagle defense with six tackles.

East Tulsa Gold visits SJHS field for a 4 p.m. kickoff this Saturday.



The 4th Grade Eagles shutout Jenks Gold, 41-0.

Eight different Eagles scored points with Brandon Prather scoring on runs of 30 and 20 yards; Trey Holcomb scoring on a 40-yard run; Marlon McDonald adding a 20-yard run; Matthew Albright taking a fumble back 10 yards; and Logan Anderson scoring on an 8-yarder.

Albright recovered a fumble and McDonald intercepted a pass as the Eagles held Jenks to negative yards.

The 5-1 squad hosts Jenks Maroon (4-2) on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the SJHS field.



Stillwater’s 3rd Grade Eagles beat Bixby White, 26-0, on the road.

Quarterback Daniel Vaughn threw for 114 yards and two touchdowns, hitting Zach Bryant and Gage Knori. Austin Reams scored a rushing TD along with Bryant.

Bobby Eshleman recovered two fumbles and Jordan Brown grabbed another.

Stillwater hosts Jenks Maroon at 1 p.m. on Saturday at SJHS field.
