Pawnee High junior Keiton Page set a record for most points scored in a state tournament over the weekend.

In three games at the Class 2A state tourney, Page recorded a total of 124 points — he put up 37 against Coalgate, scored a career-high and school-record 53 against Oktaha and had 34 during Pawnee’s loss to No. 1 Oklahoma Christian School in the championship game.

The previous record was 119 held by Medford’s Darin Melka in 1984. Page, who has verbally committed to Oklahoma State, helped lead the second-ranked Black Bears to a 26-3 record this season with a state runner-up finish.
